Our already established Social Work Division has seen exceptional growth since its inception. It’s a vibrant, hardworking and ambitious Team with lots more potential for growth. Expectations will be high therefore a strong understanding of sales and a demonstration of hard work and success will be required.
Our Social Work Division operates between 8.45am to 5.30pm.
The Right Candidate:
The right candidate must be driven by success and ambitious to progress. Experience in a sales background, Recruitment or Social Work Recruitment role already would be beneficial although is not as important as an ethos of hard work, drive and confidence.
Part of this role will include interviewing candidates so being well presented and having excellent communication skills are a must. It is expected that over the course of 3 to 6 months you will be pushing for a role as a 360 Consultant.
Training and development will be provided but we will only consider individuals that already hold the key attributes required to be a successful recruitment consultant. This will include the ability to hit targets, work with a dedicated client base, strong attention to detail and organisational skills to deliver a high quality service.
You must be motivated by the desire to achieve at all times.
