Currently we are seeking an ambitious, sales driven and career motivated Consultant to work on our busy and successful Social Care Division.
Our already established Social Care Division has seen exceptional growth since its inception. It’s a vibrant, hardworking and ambitious Team with lots more potential for growth. The section is very fast paced driven by high levels of demand with our key clients.
The Right Candidate:
The successful applicant will be required to fill shifts for Care Assistants and Support Workers within Nursing/Residential homes as well as many Healthcare Trusts and Hospitals throughout the UK.
Duties will include sourcing candidates, matching available candidates to shifts and collation of key compliance documents. You will also be required to, interview candidates face to face and discuss current available positions.
Expectations will be high therefore a strong understanding of sales and a demonstration of hard work and success will be required.
Our Social Care Division operates between 8.45am to 5.30pm.
Training and development will be provided but we will only consider individuals that already hold the key attributes required to be a successful Recruitment Consultant in the future. This will include the ability to hit targets, strong attention to detail and organisational skills to deliver a high quality service.
