Job Summary – Nursery Practitioner
You will be assigned as bank staff within the East & North London areas, whereby you will cover staff absences, lunch breaks and ensure that the ratios’ are always kept. You have complete flexibility to choose your own hours & days! We offer great pay, on-going support & further training opportunities!
FRCE recruitment group are seeking experienced Early Years Practitioners and Nursery Nurses to work at some of the best Children’s Centre in East & North London. They are offering some of the highest pay rates in the market, can offer you regular work and will also support you with training and development.
The Children’s Centre’s hold excellent Ofsted reports. The settings are bright, pleasant and fun to work in. We want experienced early years staff who enjoy providing a fun and creative environment for children, who understand the importance of safeguarding and who are focused on providing a quality provision with demonstrable outcomes being achieved.
Ideally you will have at least an NVQ level 3 (equivalent or higher) in Childcare or Early Years & at least 6 months practical experience and be able to demonstrate your ability to put theory into practice. You should be a good communicator and have an engaging personality with an approachable nature.
Responsibilities and Duties – Nursery Bank Staff
To work under the direction of the Nursery Manager.
To contribute a high standard of care and learning for children within the nursery.
To implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with the daily routine.
To maintain confidentiality at all times and to behave in a professional manner.
