Our client, a busy local authority in North London require a business support officer for this varied and busy business support role within the Disabled Children’s Team
This Business Support Officer role has the responsibility of administrative tasks for Disabled Children’s department. The maintenance of IT systems, databases, spreadsheets and web based outputs. Working with managers and colleagues to assist in delivering a comprehensive, efficient and flexible administrative service to all members of the division ensuring the service operates effectively and efficiently.
• Dealing with incoming phone calls
• The arrangement of meetings
• Data management.
• Basic financial tasks
* Hold a valid DBS (Conducted in the last 12 months)
* Good Knowledge of MS Office packages.
* Have a good level of English (written & verbal) skills for report writing.
* Knowledge of Local Authority Databases and IT Systems
* Knowledge of ICS
* Good Communication skills.
