Group Managing Director
Out of 16 years in the UK recruitment industry, Rupesh Chhetry has spent 14 years building a successful recruitment group. For the last three years Rupesh has been responsible for building the Social Care and Education brand right here at FRCE.
Very much a hands-on MD, Rupesh likes to be involved in all aspects of the business, and is dedicated to maintaining a culture of individual employee development. Indeed, the MD strongly believes that everybody should have the opportunity to realise their full potential, a view reflected in the variety of commercial interests he has outside the recruitment world.
As a father with a child with autism, Rupesh is passionate about supporting organisations that assist children with learning difficulties. He also supports a number of charities in his native Nepal.
Outside work and family life, FRCE’s Managing Director is a proud Tottenham Hotspur season ticket holder.
One of our most experienced team members, Hamida Rogers has worked in the recruitment industry for 20 years, the last eight in Care and Education – two of FRCE’s specialist fields.
Our Associate Director has extensive operational experience, in areas as diverse as business development, fulfilment, finance, team management and contract implementation. Hamida believes that “staying focused, building honest relationships with clients and candidates, and being innovative in our approach are key factors to our ongoing success”
With extensive experience in both the UK and international employment markets, Hamida seeks recruitment solutions that are outcome-focused, bespoke and creative in nature.
Responsible for the strategic development of the Public Sector division in conjunction with the MD, Hamida differs from her colleagues in one very important regard: she supports Liverpool FC – “the best team in the world!”
Craig Springett joined FRCE as a consultant in 2008. Since then he has risen through the ranks of Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant and Team Leader. He is now one of the company’s Divisional Managers.
Craig believes his success shows that “If you have ambition, drive and technical ability through being willing to listen and learn, you can move up through the business.”
Responsible for the development of the Social Care and Support Services sections, Craig instils in his consultants a culture of candidate/client care and a dedication to hard work.
For success in the recruitment business, FRCE’s Social Care Divisional Manager says the best bet is to “be considered in your approach, considerate to others, and to understand both your client and your candidates.”

Alberto Dalla Torre
Training & Compliance Manager
Fielding a decade’s worth of experience in the UK recruitment industry, Alberto Dalla Torre has spent the last six years with FRCE.
Like Craig Springett, Alberto worked his way up from the bottom, starting as an administrator. He now heads up the compliance and training department of FRCE.
With extensive experience in vetting and safeguarding industry standards, Alberto has helped the company achieve its REC Audited and Compliance+ Accreditations.
He is “passionate about all things compliance” and is almost unique at FRCE in not supporting Spurs!
